The OSA Vision Meeting meeting makes an effort to keep registration costs low, particularly for graduate students and postdocs. We accomplish this by:

• Relying on the volunteer efforts of the Local Organizing Committee
• Providing minimal support for invited speakers
• Seeking sponsorship from industry & corporate sponsors

We are asking your organization to help us by sponsoring this meeting.

Exhibitor: We welcome a limited number of exhibitors at the meeting. (Exhibitor costs range from $500 - $2000, depending on the exhibit.)

Silver: $1000 supports a session at the meeting.

Gold: $2500 supports a meeting coffee break.

Platinum: $5000 supports a meeting lunch or program printing.

All sponsors will be recognized in the meeting program and on the meeting website, and will be acknowledged at the meeting. All levels include registration for 1 individual. We welcome inquiries regarding other sponsorship proposals.
