Job Description

I work with Dr. William Merigan and post-doc Lu Yin. We are collaborating with the Flannery Lab at UC Berkeley to develop methods to transduce primate retinal ganglion cells with viral vectors. The work involves making eye injections into the macaque eye and using various imaging techniques to track the the onset and duration of the cell transduction. Secondly I am responsible for running psychophysical experiments on primates and processing of the associated data. I am also responsible for managing the UCAR protocol and maintaining the basic operations of the lab.
