Job Description

I work for CVS, Neurobiology and Anatomy, and the Center for Navigation & Communication Sciences faculty members. I run an electronics shop and a small machine shop in the Med Center. My duties center around the design and fabrication of custom electronic and mechanical devices in support of the departments' members ongoing research. I also repair and maintain this equipment in addition to other laboratory equipment. Presently mechanical projects are designed using a three dimensional CAD program called 'SolidWorks'. I use 'EAGLE' form CADsoft to capture electronic designs and create files to produce printed circuit boards.
