REGISTRATION FEE ($100 for students/postdocs, $200 all others): Methods of payment: Cash, check, Visa, Mastercard (Sorry, no Discover or American Express). For UR registrants, please send a blue requisition with your account number to the address below. For credit card payment, please bring your card with you. We will need to swipe it during the conference.

MEALS: Breakfasts, lunches, and breaks will be provided free-of-charge to pre-registered conference participants. However, you must order in advance on this form. There will be organized group dinners on Friday and Saturday evening for an additional $45/person each. Please check the boxes below if you will be attending. Please check one box as appropriate for each meal.
PARKING: Free round-trip shuttle transportation will be provided from the hotel to the Rochester International Airport and to the University of Rochester.
