Our fellowship will cover travel and on-campus housing expenses for non-local students and provide a stipend of $3462 for a summer of continuous training in a faculty member's lab. Training will also include an orientation with introductory lectures, weekly talks from CVS faculty, laboratory demos, a poster session and CVS picnic at summer's end. Rochester, located near Lake Ontario in western New York, is an internationally recognized center for visual and imaging science and provides a scenic and natural setting for a variety of outdoor activities. Note: This program is for undergraduate students ONLY. Graduate students and postdoctoral fellows interested in the Center for Visual Science should contact the faculty member(s) who fits their areas of interest directly.
