Registration Fees

Note that the registration fee includes breakfast, lunch, and coffee breaks for all 3 days. The banquets will be held on Friday & Saturday evenings and will cost an additional $50 each.

OSA FiO Overlap Day: Thursday, October 23

Note that any FVM registrant who is an OSA member can attend the OSA Annual Meeting (FiO) for FREE on Thursday (10/23/2008). You must be registered for FVM and be an OSA member before August 31st, 2008 in order to take advantage of this offer.

Meals will be provided to pre-registered meeting participants. However, you must order in advance on this registration form. The banquets will be held on Friday & Saturday evenings and will cost an additional $50 each.

Parking

Free round-trip shuttle transportation will be provided from the hotels to the Rochester International Airport and to the University of Rochester. A permit for parking will be arranged for the days requested on the registration form.
