The deadline to register has been extended to May 15, 2008. A confirmation letter and invoice will be emailed or faxed to you.

Download the abstract submission form (.doc). The poster dimensions are 5 ft high by 3.5 ft wide. We have limited space to display posters, so please note the orientation requirements.

Waived (invited speakers/travel fellowship recipients) $90 (graduate students/postdocs) $150 (all others)

Meals will be provided free-of-charge to pre-registered conference participants. However, you must order in advance on this registration form. There will be organized group dinners Thursday and Friday evening. Please check the boxes below if you will be attending.
