We will not be providing breakfasts or lunches this year, as there are many restaurant choices in the nearby College Town development. We will provide morning and afternoon coffee breaks. The Friday night poster session/grazing dinner is included in the registration fee. There will be a banquet associated with this meeting on Saturday evening, which is an additional $75.

The talks will take place at the Hilton Garden Inn (HGI) in College Town. Guests who will be staying at the Holiday Inn Downtown or the Staybridge Suites will have access to free round-trip shuttle transportation from their hotels to the Rochester International Airport and to the meeting site at the HGI. University of Rochester employees are expected to park in their normal lots. Meeting attendees staying at hotels are asked to utilize the hotel shuttles rather than driving. Other attendees who need to park at the meeting site should be able to find parking near HGI.
