Symposium Registration
The 33rd CVS Symposium, "Imaging and modulation of neural activity in vivo: from the eye to the brain" will be held August 15-17, 2024 at the Memorial Art Gallery.
Early Registration Deadline: July 1, 2024
Important: Online registration, abstract submission, and travel fellowship applications are combined into one form. If you need to submit your information at separate times, you will need to edit your original submission. DO NOT submit the form multiple times.
Registration Fees
Early Registration ends on July 1, with a cost of $250 for students/postdocs and $350 for all others.
Late Registration begins July 2, with a cost of $350 for students/postdocs and $450 for all others.
Speaker registration fees will be waived.
Methods of payment: Cash, check, wire transfer, or credit card. We do not have online payment available. Credit card payments will be done in person at the symposium so please bring your credit card with you.

Meals
Thursday-Saturday coffee breaks and the dinners on Thursday and Friday evenings will be provided free-of-charge to pre-registered conference participants. Please check the appropriate boxes on the form if you will be attending the dinners.
NOTE: Lunches on Thursday and Friday are not provided except for trainees participating in "Meet the Experts Lunch." A list of local restaurants within walking distance will be handed out.
